Emma and Simon are bringing their World Series dinners to Ari - and the next stop is Southern China
On Wednesday 24th September, Restaurant Ari will celebrate the elegance of Cantonese cuisine - known for its delicate, natural flavours, fresh ingredients, and diverse cooking methods.
From steamed and stir-fried dishes to slow-braised specialities, Simon and the Ari team will create a menu of 6-8 plates that highlight the refinement and artistry of this world-renowned culinary tradition.
