About the instructor
Sarah is a Movement Coach and Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner on a mission to make pelvic floor care feel less about "squeezing harder" and more like a conversation with your body. Through mindful movement and breath, she’ll show you a smarter, kinder way to support your core.
