Parkers Apartments offers beautifully self-contained spaces to locate yourself during your stay to Napier, Hawkes Bay. We offer two apartments and a studio that can be broken down into a combination of different configurations or booked as a whole, to accommodate a large group.

The spacious architecturally designed luxury apartments are located in the heart of Napier City. This 1930's heritage building has been fully restored in 2020. Located a block from the Marine Parade attractions, and as close to the city’s main street and shopping. Walking distance to local cafes and a 10min drive to airport.
Full private access to the apartments, these are the only apartments in the building. The apartments are Level 1, and you need to climb one set of stairs, there is no lift.
